We are open March 1st to November 22nd 2009 and our lodging rates are:

There is a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more and a $25 per night charge for a 3rd person in the room.

Minimum stay of 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends. Single night stays on week nights can sometimes be accommodated; please call to inquire about your specific date.

A deposit of one night is required to confirm a reservation and is refundable (less $25) if two weeks notification of cancellation is given. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and room tax is 9.7%.

Breakfast is served on the sunporch

The Lounge has a fireplace at each end

A full continental breakfast is included in the rates
and is served on our enclosed sun porch which overlooks the ocean.

Check-in time is between 3 and 6 p.m; late check-in by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 11 a.m..

For the well being of our guests there is No Smoking on the Property. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
