A full continental breakfast is included in the rates A minimum stay of 2 nights is required; a 3 night minimum applies to Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend and Columbus Day Weekend. Single night stays on week nights can sometimes be accomodated; please call to inquire about your specific date. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and room tax is 9.7%. There is a 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more and a $25 per night charge for a 3rd person in the room. |

A deposit of one night is required to confirm a reservation and is refundable (less $25) if two weeks notification of cancellation is given. We accept cash, checks, visa and mastercard. Check-in time is between 3 and 7p.m; late check-in by prior arrangement. Check-out time is 11 a.m. Smoking is limited to the grounds. Sorry, we do not accept pets. We look forward to welcoming you! |
