Room 1:
Bedroom	Sun Porch
Room 1 has a main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, private sun porch with single bed and private bath. Sea views are to the North and East over Straitsmouth Island and to the South to Thacher Island.
Room 2:
	Room 2 features a queen-sized Pennsylvania House 4 poster bed and private period bathroom with clawfoot tub and hand-held shower immediately next door in the hall. The room directly overlooks the ocean to the east and north, including a clear view of Straitsmouth Island and lighthouse.
Room 3:
	Room 3 has a queen-sized bed with private bath and overlooks Thacher Island to the South.
Room 4:
	Room 4 has a queen bed with private bath and looks out to Thacher Island to the South.
Room 5:
	Room 5 has a double bed and a single day bed. The private bath with clawfoot tub and hand-held shower is a few steps down the hallway. The windows face Straitsmouth Island to the North.
